The Transfer Co-creation Project consists of three phases:
- The first phase, Insightment (29 Nov – 21 Dec), will focus on insight generation. A selected group AF KL passengers (~100 pax) with a transfer at AMS or CDG are asked to log their experience on a special, secured weblog and discuss them afterwards with each other.
- In the second phase (January 2012) we will ask passengers to come up with ideas and concepts that are a solution for the issues experienced by the transfer passengers.
- In the third and final phase these ideas and concepts will be validated; by means of qualitative input and emotional reactions (measured by monitoring facial expressions).
Click here to see how the participants report their experiences (Phase 1). These slides were shown to the participants in a briefing prior to the start of the project. The visuals shown on the slides give an impression how passengers from AF KL individually report on their transfer experience.
During the briefing customers first reactions were very enthusiastic:
- “all clear! looking forward to start”
- “interesting experience, maybe even some fun, nice to help make transferring better”
- “…but seriously-this is a great chance to get some gripes on the table”
- “I like this group already. I imagine some creative input.”
